Original vintage Finnish matchbook sleeve advertising Lahden Seurahuone, a classic Seurahuone society hotel — the traditional meeting place for business leaders, trade clubs, and polite snobs with expense accounts.

The reverse lists facilities housed under one roof, including 53 rooms, multiple restaurant halls, private cabinets, bar, sauna, plus associations such as the Lahti Industrial Society and Lahti Trade Club. Very much a “where deals were done” kind of place.

Strong mid-century Nordic design with a heraldic emblem and clean typography. Proper period piece of Finnish social and business history.
